做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
