做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
