做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
