做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
