做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
