做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
