做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
