做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
