做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
