做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
