做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
