做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
