做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
