做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
