做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
