做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
