做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
