做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
