做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
