做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
