做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
