做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
