做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
