做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
