做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
