做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
