做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
