做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
