做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
