做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
