做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
