做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
