做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
