做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
