做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
