做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
