做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
