做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
