做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
