做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
