做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
