做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
