做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
