做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
