做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
