做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
