做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
