做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
