做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
