做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
